First Patent Approved

We are thrilled to have been granted our first patent: https://patents.justia.com/patent/11669597. We filed two additional patents in 2Q-‘23, and while we don’t have insight as to the review timeline, we look forward to sharing future word of these being approved as well.

i4Ops is Speaking Out at Ubuntu 

We’ve been asked to present at the 2023 Ubuntu Summit hosted by Canonical. As a part of the AI/ML track, we’ll be speaking on Nov 5 about preventing data breach in contractor-led AI projects. Feel free to tune into the Ubuntu YouTube channel to catch a cross section of what will be happening at the conference.

Exfiltration Testing

From the dozens of conversations we’ve held with experts in cybersecurity, and from reviewing in the ocean of penetration tests, we’ve yet to identify any company that is conducting exfil tests. As a result, we’ve written them and will opensource them. Specifically, those that have been written and passed include:

1) Linux copy exfil test

2) File transfer exfil test

3) Send via Gmail exfil test

4) Save to Gdrive exfil test

5) Push data to Github exfil test

There will be more exfil tests to write but we are pleased with having completed this first batch. This is also clearly a gap in the market that we are now filling, and we look forward to the responses we receive to this as a strategy to further distinguish us from the competition.

Kernel Module is Established 

We’ve verified data egress protection within a Kubernetes Virtual Machine and it has proven to be stable. Led by Vikas, this work was completed and has run for weeks without error, which is a real accomplishment.

Customer Trials and first revenue

We are preparing for customer trials with a step-by-step runbook which confirms our keystone product promise: prevent data breach, and “whole product” feedback from end users and data scientists. The first “pre-season” friendly trails are expected to start in Nov
